Paid for tequila and got fake tracking numbers

I ordered a bottle of tequila from this site www.xoliquors.com and paid $83.36. They sent me a tracking number from USPS and it showed delivered but nothing was in my mailbox or at my door. I contacted them and they said they would send it again. Same thing happened, tracking showed delivered and no package.

Then they told me it broke in transit and they would give me a refund. That was over a month ago. I have contacted them multiple times and still no refund. Their address is 3315 W 6th St, Los Angeles, CA 90020 and email is [email protected]. I am now disputing it with my credit card company but this whole thing feels like a scam.

Ordered champagne, got a fake tracking number from a different company

I bought 6 bottles of champagne from their website, www.xoliquors.com. A few days later I got a USPS tracking number. Then it showed as delivered but nothing ever showed up at my house.

I emailed them right away at [email protected] and they apologized and asked if I wanted a refund or a reship. I said reship it. Then I called USPS to find out what happened and they said it was only a 1 lb box from a totally different company that went to a completely different address. So I realized it was a scam.

Also the charge on my credit card showed a different company name too. I already disputed it with my credit card company. Their address they gave is 3315 west 6th street, Los Angeles, CA 90020. Phone is (213) 340-7812.
