Shipping group XpressNext keeps charging me and won't deliver my package

A friend sent me a package using this shipping group called XpressNext. I found their website at xpressnext.com. They've just been charging me unnecessary fees ever since. Now my package is actually in my city, but they're still holding it. They're saying I have to pay another $4200 before they'll deliver it.

I've already lost $1633 to them. I tried emailing them at [email protected] for help, but it didn't get me anywhere. No one gave me a real answer. I just want my package.
