Canceled my subscription same day but they won't give a full refund

I got contacted by XSHIELD about canceling my subscription. I went and canceled it within the same day. Now they won't refund the full amount. I didn't even have the service for 24 hours. They took $150. I tried emailing [email protected] from their website XSHIELD.com but it didn't get me anywhere. It just doesn't seem right.

Got a fake email about my YouTubeTV and ended up charged for xshield

I got an email saying I needed to update the credit card for my YouTubeTV. It looked real, so I clicked the link. When I went to update it, I got subscribed to something called xshield instead. I didn't sign up for that.

They took $1.50 from me. The contact info was a phone number (717) 702-7118, a website xshield.com, and an email [email protected]. I never wanted this service. It felt off as soon as it happened.
