Yay Casino won't let me redeem my money after I added it to play

I put $150 into Yay Casino to play, and now they won't let me redeem any of it. Every time I try, the information page just says my date of birth is wrong. I've emailed them about the issues, but the responses feel like they're computer automated. They don't give any real feedback or help.

It's all false advertising to pull you in. They don't explain all the hoops you have to jump through just to get your own money back. Their responses aren't relatable at all. It's a scam. You add money to play and then they don't allow you to redeem it.
