Ordered clothes over a month ago and they said no refund on shipping

I ordered a big bunch of clothes from their Facebook page, bolonyolabel, over a month ago. It never showed up. I have been emailing back and forth with their customer service at [email protected].

Tonight they finally wrote back and said I am not getting my order at all. And they said they cannot refund the 15.00 shipping charge because of their logistics company. So I am out 39.00 total for nothing.
