Ordered slides months ago and still nothing from Yeezy

I ordered a pair of slides on March 22, 2026 from their website yeezy.com. They took the money out of my account right when I placed the order, like 60.99 dollars. The shipping says it takes 6 to 13 weeks but it’s been way longer than that now.

I contacted them three times through email and also called the number 1(310) 943-1240. No one called me back. All the emails I got back were just automated replies, nothing real. We still have not received the product. I don’t know what else to do.
