Ordered clothes from Facebook ad and tracking showed delivered but nothing came

I saw an ad on Facebook and ordered some clothing from their website yelisonne. The whole thing took way too long to get here so I contacted them and they sent a tracking number but it was through some strange company I never heard of. It said delivered but nothing was here.

I contacted them several times and they kept saying they would refund me. First they offered 60% back and I argued I wanted it all back. Then they said 90% but I still haven't seen a penny. Their email is [email protected] and I lost $67.30 on this.
