Facebook ad for flower baskets showed huge plants but package was tiny

I saw an ad on Facebook for these beautiful artificial flowers and ordered them for my sister. The pictures showed these huge baskets of petunias and other garden plants that looked real. They even had a video of someone taking the plant out of a big box, giving it a shake, and hanging it up.

What showed up was nothing like that. The package was teeny tiny and inside was just a stem with dead blossoms on it. My sister didn't even know what it was and threw it out. I have photos of what they advertised and what actually came but when I try to upload them it says there is an error.

There are a lot of complaints online just like mine. Please do something about these cheaters.

Ordered from yocowell.com and got a fake product

I ordered something from their website yocowell.com and got a counterfeit product. The address they have is San Jose, CA 95123, USA. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. It was only 36 cents so not a lot of money but still feels wrong. They just misrepresented what they were selling.

Ordered hanging baskets online but got tiny stems instead

I ordered two hanging baskets from an ad I saw. It showed these nice full baskets with flowers. What I got was two small stems. Not even close to what the ad showed.

They emailed me from [email protected] and the address they used was in San Jose, CA 95123. I spent $36 on this. Just feels like a total waste.

The ad made it look like a real product. I don't know what to do now.

Ordered plants for fast shipping and never got them

I ordered some plants from Yocowell and paid extra to have them shipped fast. That was like 65 bucks I spent. I never got anything, no plants no nothing.

There isn't even a phone number to call or anything to get in touch with them. So I'm just out the money and have no way to ask what happened.
