Ordered something from Yooyapp and got the wrong item after two months

I ordered something from Yooyapp and waited like 2 months before it even showed up. Then when it finally came it wasn’t even what I ordered. So I tried to get my money back and they said they’d only return 10% of what I paid. Not the full price or anything.

Then they kept sending me emails with counter offers trying to settle but never offered the full amount. Their email is [email protected]. I just want what I paid back. Lost 37 dollars on this.
