Ordered bourbon three months ago, still haven't gotten it or a refund

I ordered a special bourbon from Youbooze three months ago. I still haven't received it. I've called their number, (877) 487-4668, several times trying to either get my product or just get my money back.

They told me they already made a shipping label but are having carrier issues. Because of that, they say I can't get a refund. But they also admit my alcohol is just sitting in their warehouse in San Diego. It doesn't make any sense. I paid $155 for this and I have nothing to show for it.
