Ordered patriotic clothes in May and still no delivery

I ordered some clothing items from Younelle back in the beginning of May. It was patriotic stuff and cost me $48 and some change. They gave me a tracking number but when I checked it, it just said no tracking on this number.

I kept getting in touch with them asking where my shipment was. They told me they couldn't refund while it was in shipment. Then today I got a text saying it was delivered June 15. But there was no delivery. No pictures of delivery either. I contacted them again asking for my money back and now they won't even reply. They said they used 17 tracking and the number was stk3001138293EY.
