Ordered from Instagram ad and never got my stuff
They replied pretty rude and said the order was a pre-order and it says on the website it takes 4-6 weeks to ship. I told them I was worried because I never got a confirmation so I didn't know if it was a real business or not. By that point it had already been 4 weeks anyway. I waited until early June which was 8 weeks and still nothing. It's now end of June and I still haven't gotten the order. I can track it on Shopify and it hasn't even shipped. They refuse to give a refund. Lost $141.12.
