I just got this random text out of the blue. It says it's from someone named Sophia, a Customer Service Manager at YouTube. The text says my resume was featured and offers a high-paying "YouTube Optimization Specialist" position.
It says it's remote work, pays $250 to $500 a day, and no experience is needed. They mention a monthly salary of $6,000 to $10,000 plus a daily allowance paid immediately. They talk about a 4-day paid probation and then a formal contract with benefits. It says if you're over 25 and interested, text 7165337922 for details.
The whole thing felt off. It was just an unsolicited text for a job I never applied for.
