Ordered boots from a YouTube ad and never got them

I saw an ad on YouTube for cowboy boots that were really cheap. I ordered a pair through the website it sent me to. I never got a receipt or anything after that.

I tried to go back and find the ad again and I can't. The money came out of my account, $21.78. There was no contact info or anything. I never got the boots.
