Got a weird text about a YouTube job from a random number

I got this text message from a number I don't know, 210-717-7956. It said it was from Aria on the YouTube Recruiting Team. They said they reviewed my profile and think I'm a good fit for a part-time remote job helping with online updates. They said it pays $250 to $500 a day for about an hour or two of work.

The whole thing felt off. It was sent to me and eleven other phone numbers all at once. They asked me to text "Interested" back to that same number if I was over 25. I never signed up for anything from YouTube recruiting, and getting a job offer like this out of the blue from a random number just doesn't seem right.
