Bought clothing from a YouTube ad and got burlap instead

I ordered some clothes from a website I saw on YouTube. The site made it look like nice embroidery stuff. When I got the package it was basically burlap material. No embroidery at all, just shabby looking fabric.

I spent about 250 dollars on this. They said I could get a refund but that never happened. I emailed them at [email protected] but nobody ever got back to me. Just a waste of money.
