Got a fake final warning text telling me to pay immediately

I got this text message that says it's a final warning. It told me I had to pay immediately or risk suspension. It didn't say what for or who it was really from. The message had a phone number, (319) 538-2931, and an email, [email protected]. It felt like a phishing scam right away, just trying to scare me into paying something. I never signed up for anything with them. I didn't lose any money, but getting a message like that is really unsettling. It's just a fake threat.
