Video with famous people for memory and restless legs but product gave me diarrhea

I saw this video online with well known people talking about how Yu-Sleep helped with their memory and restless legs at night. So I ordered it. Big mistake. It caused diarrhea for me pretty bad.

It said guaranteed for 60 days so I replied within over a week asking where I could return the 2 full bottles and 1 partial bottle. I was going to use the return address it came in but the label says SHIPPER NOT SELLER. So I looked this site up for a scam. I sent an email to the address I have and got the same reply both times. On the 11th and again on the 20th it says: HI THERE, THANK YOU FOR YOUR MESSAGE. I TRY TO ANSWER PERSONALLY TO EACH MESSAGE AS MY CLIENTS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AND MOST OF THE TIMES, YOU'LL GET A REPLY IN 12 HOURS OR LESS. Signed, Michael Yu Sleep. That was it. No real help. Lost $190.
