Order never arrived but tracking says delivered

I ordered from officialyuri.com and paid $47.92. They gave me a tracking number but when I asked for proof of delivery like a signature or a photo they said no. Just said it was delivered.

I am home all day every single day. Nobody came to my door. No package was left. I asked them for something more than just delivered status but they would not give me anything. Their support email is [email protected] and their address is 123 Beverly Drive Ladson SC 29456 but I do not know if that is real.

They took my money and I have nothing to show for it.
