Voicemail from Zach Kennedy about a loan I never asked for

I got a voicemail from someone named Zach Kennedy. He said he was a senior underwriter and that he mailed me a preapproval letter last week. He wanted to make sure I got it before the deadline.

He said there was some budget funding with easier guidelines to get approved. Then he said a $20,000 loan with payments of $458. Just call him back at 855-357-1996.

I never asked for any loan and I don't know who this is. It just feels like a phishing thing trying to get me to call.

Voicemail about a loan offer and a pre-approval letter I never got

Got a voicemail from some guy named Zach Kennedy saying he’s a senior underwriter. He said he mailed me a pre-approval letter last week and wanted to make sure I got it. I never got any letter from him. He kept talking about a deadline and some budget funding with easier guidelines.

He said my payment would be $458 for a $20,000 loan and told me to call him back at 855-357-1996. The number he called from was (701) 802-5632. I didn’t ask for any loan and I don’t know who this is. Felt like one of those advance fee things. I didn’t lose any money but it was weird.
