Emailed about wrong size item and still waiting months later

I ordered something and got it but it was the wrong size. They told me I could send it back for a different one. That was back in March and now it's almost July.

I keep emailing them and they keep saying they are working on it. Still no replacement. I lost 60 dollars on this.
