Paid $439 online, tracking number disappeared, no delivery and no response

I purchased something online and got an order number. I emailed the shipper to ask about the delivery date. They called me and said I didn't need to be present for it. They gave me a tracking number.

I kept checking the tracking and the delivery date just kept moving forward. Then one day the tracking just stopped updating. It was gone. I tried to call the number, I texted, I emailed. No response at all. No more tracking, and the product was never delivered. I'm out $439.
