Keeps getting charged by zapostore com even after a new card

Ive been seeing "zapostore com" charges on my card and I didnt recognize them so I called and reported the transaction. They sent me a new card and it happened again so they restricted the account temporarily.

Now its happening again for a third time. Over the course of a month they have taken $100. I dont know how they keep getting my info even with a new card and a restricted account.
