Unauthorized charge after buying nail stuff online

I ordered something from Zapostore.com on June 26, 2026 for 34.96. They asked if I wanted to add a warranty for nail protection for 9.99 through some site called kelvoshop.com. I said yes to both charges.

Then on July 15, 2026 I see a charge on my debit card for 39.99 that I did not okay. My bank told me about it so I reported it as fraud. Now I have to get a whole new card issued.

Ordered from this site and they took my money

I ordered something from zapostore.com and paid $39.99. The website looked fine at first. I never got what I ordered. I tried calling the number they had listed, (929) 348-2690, but nobody ever picked up. The address they gave is 21632 111th Avenue in Queens Village, NY. I looked into it more and found out this vendor is not a legitimate business. So I just lost my money.

Strange charge on my credit card I never approved

I saw a charge on my credit card for $39.99 from something called Zapostore.com. I have no idea what that is. I never bought anything from that website or gave them my card info.

I didn't sign up for anything or order anything. It just showed up on my statement. I don't know how they got my card number. I called my bank but they said I have to deal with the company first. I tried looking up Zapostore.com but there's no phone number or anything on there. Just a website that doesn't look right.

I want my money back. I didn't authorize this charge at all.

I was looking at my bank account and saw a charge for $39.99 from something called zapostore. I never bought anything from them, never even heard of them before.

The phone number they have is (929) 348-2690 and their website is zapostore.com. I think they are in New York, NY. I didn't order anything online from them so I don't know how they got my info. It just showed up as a charge.

Ordered something damaged and they charged me extra to return it

I ordered something from them and it came damaged through Bellro. So I tried to return it and they told me I would get a 50% return. Then they turned around and charged me an extra $39.99. Paid seventy dollars for nothing from Zapostore

Ordered something from Zapostore.com. Paid with my credit card, seventy bucks. Item never showed up. That was it. Just never got delivered. Tried to figure out what happened but nothing. No package, no tracking that worked, nothing. Money just gone. Felt off from the start but I went ahead anyway. Wish I hadn't.
