Shoes never came and no way to reach them

I ordered shoes from zelanni.com back in like February or March. They said they would ship soon so I waited. It’s been about 8 months now and nothing ever showed up.

I’ve sent them emails to the address on the site, [email protected], but they won’t reply. There’s no phone number listed anywhere to call. I spent $150 on this and I just want my money back or the shoes. At this point I don’t even know what else to do.

Ordered shoes from zelanni.com and got the wrong size knockoffs

I ordered a pair of shoes from zelanni.com. They sent the wrong size. Then they charged me for another pair to be sent. The shoes were knock offs and still the wrong size.

I’ve been trying to email them at [email protected] but they will not respond. That’s the only way to contact them. I lost about $160. Their address is 412 W 7th St, Clovis, NM 88101 but I’m not sure that’s real either. Phone number they gave is (575) 232-5555.

Just want people to know. Don’t waste your time with this site.
