Ordered clothes and they never shipped, no refund offered

I placed Order #ZE3999 on zemurea.com on June 18, 2026. It was for three clothing sets, total was $442.85 charged to my credit card. It’s now July 14, 2026, almost four weeks, and it still hasn’t shipped.

So I contacted them and they said the items were out of stock. Instead of a refund they offered a 10% discount on something else. Every time I follow up they change their story. The website has no phone number or physical address. The domain was only registered in January 2026 and the email on my order confirmation doesn’t even match their site. I think they take your money and never send anything.
