Job offer that wanted me to download Telegram and deposit a check

I got a job offer from Zenex Therapeutics and they seemed legit at first. They told me I had to download the Telegram app to my phone for communication. Then a person named Elizabeth said I needed to deposit a check into my bank account within 48 hours.

When I told her I couldn't do that she got kind of irritated. She said it would affect my onboarding and everything. She said after I deposited the check someone would come to my house to set up my home office. Their address is in Port Alsworth, AK 99653 and the email was [email protected]. It all felt strange so I didn't do it.
