Paid for a package loss warranty and they won’t honor it
Now they won’t give me the refund. They keep offering two things I don’t want. First they said they could reship it, I said no like ten times. Then they offered 30% back, now they upped it to 45%. I have told them over and over I want the full refund like the warranty says.
They just send the same scripted replies. It’s like they don’t care what the warranty says. Feels like they never planned to honor it. Their email is [email protected] and the website is zentheca.com. Phone number I have is (702) 910-0656. I lost $50 over this.
