Instagram ad for soccer shirts ended up being a scam

I saw an ad on Instagram for shirts with famous soccer players. Looked legit so I bought one from each site, theswayy.com and zeyloclo.com. Turns out it's the same person running both sites.

Never got my stuff. Emailed them a few times but no reply at all. I tried to track my order the next day and Google Chrome flagged the site as dangerous and risky. Said it was probably a scam trying to get my credit card info. After looking around I found other people saying the same thing. They advertise stuff from Alibaba but never ship anything. Most people think they operate out of China.

I lost $60 total. Just want my money back if possible.
