Ordered two dresses from Harper & Wells and never got them

I ordered 2 dresses from a site called Harper & Wells. The company name is Zhang E-Commerce LLC. I paid $121 for them. That was a while ago and I still have not received anything.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Their address says 73 Greenwood St in Boston but the warehouse is in the Netherlands. That felt strange after I already paid. I think I got scammed.
