Found a rental on Zillow but the address and names don't match up

I found a house on Zillow with no address listed, but it was in the town we were looking for. The pictures were really nice. So I reached out to see if I could tour it.

They texted me back asking for my email so they could send a "rental questionnaire." The text said the people were "John and Nicole Zugel" but then the email I got called them "John and Nicole Linda." The address in the text was different from the one in the email too. I pasted both addresses separately and one goes to the undisclosed listing on Zillow, the other goes to a house that's off market. Pretty sure that's where they stole the photos from.
