Listing on Zillow asked for background check fee then deposit
Then less than 12 hours later they said the background checks came back and I was approved. They said I needed to send one months rent which was $1950 to secure the place and have the listing removed. They said if I didnt send it they would move on to other applicants.
I didnt send the $1950 because there was no lease signed or any proof the property was even real. They said to get a lease I had to send the deposit first. I reported it to Zillow and blocked the number. Lost $150.
