Scare tactics about a loan I never took out

These people keep calling and emailing from a few different addresses, like [email protected]. They say I owe $2,389.00 for some online loan I never even got. They keep talking about wage garnishment and arrest warrants to try and scare me.

It doesn't really scare me, but they just won't stop. They have an address in Sacramento, CA but no real company name on anything they send. It's just constant messages and threats.
