Ordered a hardcover book got a digital download instead

I ordered a hardcover book from Zolosol Bookstore on their website zolosol.com. After I paid, all I got was a download link for a digital book. That's not what I ordered.

I tried emailing [email protected] and calling (601) 844-0255 but nobody answered. No response at all. So I just disputed the charge with my bank. Their address is in GA, USA but that doesn't help much now.
