Ordered BBQ cleaners from Zorkx.com and never got them
When I contacted their customer service they said the package was delivered but they couldn't show me any proof. No delivery photo or anything showing it actually came to my address. They just told me to call the shipping carrier myself and offered no help.
I paid for stuff I never got. I thought as the retailer they would help look into it or try to fix it. Instead I was left on my own. Based on what happened I wouldn't buy from them again. If something goes wrong don't expect them to do much.
