Facebook offer for multiple items at a discount price

I saw an offer on Facebook for multiple items at a discount price. I paid $41.96. After that I didn't get what I was supposed to get. I tried to get my money back but nothing happened. It was just an online purchase that went wrong. I want my $41.96 back.

Ordered a 49er wreath and got a tiny Lions one

I ordered a 49er nfl wreath back in July off Facebook. After a month I emailed them because nothing showed up and they said they were behind on orders because of the holidays. Then the wreath finally came on 9/1/26 but it was the wrong team, Detroit Lions, and it was super tiny. It was supposed to be a door wreath. I sent several emails about it and got no response at all, no reply to emails or anything when I tried to contact them online. Today I searched and can't find them anywhere now. I tried to look up the business for a phone number but they don't have one and the business is in Denver. Clearly I got scammed out of $50.

Facebook post claiming Walmart is selling scooters for $10

I saw a post on Facebook that said it was through Walmart selling a sacvon 4 wheel mobility scooter for seniors on clearance for $10.00. That price made no sense at all for something like that.

I didn't lose any money but I wanted to say something because it's clearly not real. Walmart doesn't sell scooters for ten dollars. The whole thing is just a scam on Facebook and it's still up there.

I don't know who runs it but it's using Walmart's name to trick people. Just wanted to warn others so nobody falls for it.

Facebook ad for product I never got

I bought something through a Facebook ad and never got the product. After about a month of waiting I finally got told I could get some of my money back, but they were taking out $15 for "shipping." It was either take that or get nothing back at all.

Turns out they're a Chinese company, which I didn't know. The FB ad never said that anywhere.

So I ended up out $15 for something I never even received. Total scam. Do not use them.

Ordered a glucose monitor from Facebook and got a pulse oximeter

I ordered an "Advanced non invasive glucose monitoring system" through Facebook. What I actually got in the mail was a simple pulse oximeter. That is not what I paid for at all.

I spent $40 on this. It's false advertising plain and simple. I've tried to get them to return my money or credit my account back and they will not do it.

Now I'm just stuck with a pulse oximeter I didn't want and I'm out $40.

Ordered an electric bike from a Facebook page and it never came

I ordered an electric bike from a seller on Facebook. Paid $229 for it.

Then it showed as delivered but it wasn't. Nothing ever showed up at my house.

I tried to message them about it and now the page won't even load. Can't get in touch with anyone.

Seller on Facebook said knives were hand forged in the US

I bought knives from a seller on Facebook. They were advertised as hand forged and made in the United States. I paid $225.

When the package came, the shipping label was from China. The knives were clearly cheaper than what was shown. It looks like they just rebranded them.

The seller's address shows 600 Blair Rd, Carteret, NJ 07008. I tried to deal with this but got nowhere.

I saw an ad on Facebook for pants, 6 pairs. I paid $30 and never got my order. There's no response from them either.

Deposit for a dog on Facebook and they never showed up

I found a dog on Facebook and talked to the person about it. We agreed I would put a deposit down for the dog and also pay for the paperwork to put me as the owner.

I sent $485.00 total. After that we agreed to meet so I could get the dog. They never showed up.

I tried reaching out after but nothing. The email I have for them is [email protected]. I just want to warn others about this.

Seller on Facebook taking payments but no medication

I found this person on Facebook. They said they would supply medication. I paid them and I have not gotten anything.

All I get is stupid notifications that they are taking my next payment in a few days. No medication. No real answer.

They are out of Saint Clair Shores, MI 48081. I just want people to know about this.

I got charged $43.94 on Facebook for an online purchase. This happened tonight, 09/17/2026 around 2:18am. I already canceled this once before and it keeps happening. I don't know why it went through again after I canceled it.

Ordered a boneless couch from social media and now tracking is gone

I kept seeing this boneless couch on social media over and over and I was stupid and ordered it. Payment went through fine and I even got tracking information. Then as of 9-17-2026 I couldn't see any tracking information anymore. Just gone. I paid $17.98 and now I have no couch and no way to track it.

Guy took $900 for wood and never came back

I found this guy on Facebook. He was supposed to deliver 3 cords of wood for my elderly client. He showed up with 1 cord and asked for the money. Said he would be back in an hour with the other 2 cords. Never came back.

He doesn't respond to her messages now. My client is out $900. I don't have a phone number or email for him, just the Facebook page. He's listed in Woodstock, CT.

Facebook seller sent pills after I canceled my order

I ordered some items from a seller on Facebook and then canceled the order. Next thing I know they send me pills and charge me for them. I lost $100 over this. I didn't ask for pills and I already canceled. Now I'm stuck dealing with charges for something I never wanted in the first place.

Stalked by fake Johnny Depp accounts for 3 years

I've been dealing with this for 3 years now. People claiming to be Johnny Depp keep stalking me on Facebook. I've reported it to the platform, reported it to ic3.gov. Nothing changes. My account is still under attack by these scammers.

Facebook keeps blocking my account saying I'm being hacked. Today they said I'm a fake person and shut my account down. I've had that account for over 14 years. I uploaded my driver's license so they know I'm real. They just keep doing this while the scammers run wild on Facebook.

This is my last complaint about these scammers. I don't feel safe on Facebook and after today I'm removing my account.

Ad for road atlas but got a PDF instead

I saw a promotion for a hard printed Rand McNally road atlas. What I got was a PDF road atlas. I contacted the company and Amy told me the checkout page clearly indicates a digital book. It was not clear at all. The video they use to promote the book shows people working in a printing press making the atlas. That's a bait and switch. I lost $9.99 on this.

Paid for a Ryobi nail gun on Facebook and never got it

I saw an ad on Facebook for a Ryobi brad nail gun with a cordless battery and charger. I paid $81.38 for it. That was back in 2023.

After I paid, nothing ever showed up. No nail gun, no battery, no charger. I tried to get my money back but got nowhere with it.

I just want people to know about this so they don't lose their money too.

Apartment listing on Facebook wanted $85 before I could even see it

I saw an apartment for rent posted on Facebook and reached out about it. Someone texted me back and said I needed to pay $85 for an application fee before I could even view the place.

That didn't sit right with me. Why would I pay anything before seeing the apartment? I tried to get more info but they just kept pushing the fee.

The number they used was (607) 597-9881 and the listing said Staten Island, NY. I didn't send any money but wanted to put this out there.

Ordered a resistance band from a Facebook ad and lost my money

I ordered a multifunctional pedal resistance band that I saw on Facebook. I paid $35.69 for it. The seller was supposed to be in Spokane, WA and their email was [email protected]. After I paid, I never got the product. I tried reaching out but got no reply. It's frustrating because I thought Facebook would vet their sellers but apparently not. Just want people to know so they don't lose their money too.

They took more than I authorized and never refunded me

I ordered something through Facebook and they took more money than I authorized. It was $269.98.

I sent the product back for a refund. They told me they got the return but I wasn't getting my money back. Still haven't got it.

They're out of Newport, KY. I just want my refund.
