Saw a sponsored ad on TikTok, paid and got scammed
I saw this sponsored ad on TikTok. I thought the price was too low to be true. I did it anyway, and now I paid for it.
I emailed the "seller" after and just got some AI message back. It was a "trust us" kind of thing. It felt real scummy. My money is just gone.

I put my card number in on the TikTok website. They took $17.98 and I never got anything. Nothing ever showed up.
Now the website link they gave me to track the order is just gone. The email I got about the purchase, it was from [email protected], that disappeared from my inbox too. The money is just gone.

Ordered shoes from TikTok and never got them, site says order not found
I saw a discount on TikTok for shoes and I ordered three pairs. The money came out of my account, $24.42 total. But the shoes never showed up.
I tried to check my order on their website and it says it can’t be found. There’s no record of it. That didn’t make any sense to me.
I had to report the whole thing to my credit card company right away.

Won a raffle on TikTok, charged for shipping, then got an error page
I was on TikTok and saw a raffle for a Coca Cola cooler. I won it and it said all I had to do was pay for shipping, which was $17.52. I put in my card and hit next, but then it just showed an error page. A couple days later, they tried to take out another $83, so I reported it to my bank. Now my bank says they won't refund the money.
When I googled this, it's some plumbing company. I don't need plumbing and I live in California, nowhere near Henderson Nevada. I want my money back and I want this reported as a scam.

Paid shipping for a Coca Cola cooler that never came
I saw an ad on TikTok for an old Coca Cola cooler. They said the company was getting rid of them to make room for new ones. The ad said I needed to pay for shipping, so I did. I also answered a few questions they asked. They said the cooler would be sent out in a few days.
It's been a couple of weeks now and no cooler. I contacted them today, March 19, and was told it was a drawing. I argued that this was false advertising. I looked at the ad again and I don't see where it says it was a drawing. Why take my money for a drawing? I was paying for shipping, not for a drawing. I lost $11.52.

Bought truck parts on TikTok, got scammed out of $800
I bought some Ford F-250 taillights from a shop on TikTok. I sent the guy the money through Zelle, and he said he shipped the box. He gave me a tracking number but it's fake, and the shipping company he used is fake too. Now this fake shipping company says they won't release my package unless I pay a $380 refundable insurance fee. What a shame!
I contacted my bank and I reported the page to TikTok. TikTok's response was that the page isn't fraudulent or a scam, but it most definitely is. The scammer is even texting me now saying he won't give a refund and that I'll get my tax return soon. I really hope they catch this guy.

Website is a fraud, won't let me move my money back
I got a message from a website called TIKTOK about an investment. They said if I put in a minimum of $500, I'd get three to five times my money back in just a few days. It sounded too good to be true.
I invested $30,000. Now they won't return my funds. They won't even let me move the money back to my original Coinbase account. The website is fraud.

They charged me after I cancelled my subscription
I cancelled a subscription back in August 2025 and I have proof. They even gave me a cancellation number. Well, in March 2026, they went and charged my account again. Now they're sending me product I never asked for. The charge was for $29. It came from a link on TikTok and an address in Florida. I cancelled. They shouldn't be charging me.

I saw someone selling shirts on TikTok. They seemed legit, so I went ahead and ordered. The money, $43.42, came out of my account.
After I paid, I tried to follow up using the contact info they gave. I called the number (938) 888-8145 and emailed [email protected]. It's a dead end. No one answers the phone, and the emails just bounce back. The address they listed was just "AL, USA," which is useless.
I never got any shirts. Nothing ever showed up. The whole thing was a scam, and now I'm out that money with nothing to show for it.

I saw an ad on TikTok for some boots and I ordered them. The total was $52.46. I got a tracking number and everything, and it even said the package was delivered. But I never got any boots.

I ordered over $50 in merchandise from Tiktok in December of 2025. I kept checking the tracking for the location and it never showed anything. It finally just said “delivered” but I never received anything.
I emailed them in January of 2026. They told me they would resend my order at no extra cost. So I checked the new tracking number. It showed nothing more than “pending” or “arrived to destination facility.” I checked again in middle February and magically it showed “delivered” on the very same day it arrived at a separate sorting center. That doesn’t make any sense.
I reached out to customer service again with screenshots. I’m still waiting for a reply.

Kept getting charged for a cologne I bought on TikTok
I bought a bottle of cologne through TikTok back in May. I did get the product, but then I started getting these recurring charges. They started in June and they're still going on now.
I looked into it and found out there's a bunch of other people saying TikTok has scams like this. The charges just keep coming out. I paid $360 already from all these charges since June. It doesn't make any sense.

Saw a fake ad on TikTok and lost almost $80
I saw this ad on TikTok. It was for something I wanted to buy. I clicked it and went through the process to pay. It took $79.55 from me.
After that, nothing. No order confirmation, no tracking, nothing. The whole thing just disappeared. I looked up the address they had, which was 2010 14th St in Boulder, CO. It didn't make sense and felt off.
I'm out the money and I never got what I paid for. It was a scam ad right on TikTok.

I placed an order on January 22nd, 2026, around 6:55 in the morning. It was for six sets of jogger suits. The site gave me a confirmation code, #nyleva260122205347209, but I never got an email saying the order was placed or shipped. Nothing.
Now it's February 3rd, 2026, and I tried to check the website today. The browser wouldn't even let me search the site. My card was charged $34.99. I ordered some pants from a site I saw on TikTok. It was 8 pants for $29.90, plus tax. I never received them. Their tracking link said it was delivered by FedEx.
I sent an email about it. They said they would resend a new package. Same exact thing happened again. The tracking said delivered. Nothing ever arrived.
