I ordered a couch and they charged me 62.97 for it. That was bad enough but then I never got the couch. After that other charges started showing up on my card that I didn't make.
I had to cancel my credit card to stop it. I still never got the couch or my money back. Just a mess.

Promised a video reviewer job but they charged my card three times without asking
TikTok said I could become a video reviewer for them. They asked for my credit card info to be paid I guess. But instead they charged me three times without my permission. I lost $75.
I never agreed to pay anything. It was supposed to be a job. Now they just took the money out of my account. I don't know what to do about it.
They are based in St Petersburg, FL. This feels like a phishing thing.

Bought a pot set from a live review and never got it
I saw this live review on TikTok of a pot set, some real people showing it off and talking about it. So I bought it. Cost me about 28 bucks. I figured if they got real people doing a live thing it must be legit.
Never got the pot set though. They sent me an email saying it was shipped but that was fake. Then they sent me some links to track the package but those were fake too. Just links that don't go anywhere real. I don't know what else to do about it.

They made me pay a deposit then froze my store for no reason
I got tricked into opening a store on their platform. They told me I had to pay a security deposit first so I did.
Then out of nowhere they suspended my store and froze all my money. They said it was because of some reason that didn’t make sense. It felt completely made up.
I didn’t lose any money in the end but the whole thing was a waste of time and felt shady.

They were selling PINK sweat suits 4 for $29.99 on TikTok. I contacted [email protected] and they said it was on the way. It’ll be 4 months in May.
I paid $38.75 and nothing showed up. No tracking number or anything. Emailed them a couple times after that first reply and got nothing back. Just feels like they took the money and that’s it.

I ordered Judy Blue Jeans from a seller off of TikTok. They debited my account for 42 dollars. They supposedly delivered the items with no proof, and then offered me only a 60% refund. Getting constant loan scam calls from a number linked to TikTok
I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day, and they don't stop even when I tell them to. They're really aggressive and rude on the phone.
I never gave them my number. I never applied for any loan with them. This has been going on for weeks now and it's just really stressful. I looked into it and the number is connected to some scam website using the name TikTok, with an email [email protected]. I just want them to leave me alone.

I saw a discount on TikTok for shoes and I ordered three pairs. The money came out of my account, $24.42 total. But the shoes never showed up.
I tried to check my order on their website and it says it can’t be found. There’s no record of it. That didn’t make any sense to me.

Won a raffle on TikTok, charged for shipping, then got an error page
I was on TikTok and saw a raffle for a Coca Cola cooler. I won it and it said all I had to do was pay for shipping, which was $17.52. I put in my card and hit next, but then it just showed an error page. A couple days later, they tried to take out another $83, so I reported it to my bank. Now my bank says they won't refund the money.
When I googled this, it's some plumbing company. I don't need plumbing and I live in California, nowhere near Henderson Nevada. I want my money back and I want this reported as a scam.

I saw an ad on TikTok for an old Coca Cola cooler. They said the company was getting rid of them to make room for new ones. The ad said I needed to pay for shipping, so I did. I also answered a few questions they asked. They said the cooler would be sent out in a few days.
It's been a couple of weeks now and no cooler. I contacted them today, March 19, and was told it was a drawing. I argued that this was false advertising. I looked at the ad again and I don't see where it says it was a drawing. Why take my money for a drawing? I was paying for shipping, not for a drawing. I lost $11.52.

Bought truck parts on TikTok, got scammed out of $800
I bought some Ford F-250 taillights from a shop on TikTok. I sent the guy the money through Zelle, and he said he shipped the box. He gave me a tracking number but it's fake, and the shipping company he used is fake too. Now this fake shipping company says they won't release my package unless I pay a $380 refundable insurance fee. What a shame!
I contacted my bank and I reported the page to TikTok. TikTok's response was that the page isn't fraudulent or a scam, but it most definitely is. The scammer is even texting me now saying he won't give a refund and that I'll get my tax return soon. I really hope they catch this guy.

I got a message from a website called TIKTOK about an investment. They said if I put in a minimum of $500, I'd get three to five times my money back in just a few days. It sounded too good to be true.
I invested $30,000. Now they won't return my funds. They won't even let me move the money back to my original Coinbase account. The website is fraud.

I cancelled a subscription back in August 2025 and I have proof. They even gave me a cancellation number. Well, in March 2026, they went and charged my account again. Now they're sending me product I never asked for. The charge was for $29. It came from a link on TikTok and an address in Florida. I cancelled. They shouldn't be charging me.

After I paid, I tried to follow up using the contact info they gave. I called the number (938) 888-8145 and emailed [email protected]. It's a dead end. No one answers the phone, and the emails just bounce back. The address they listed was just "AL, USA," which is useless.
I never got any shirts. Nothing ever showed up. The whole thing was a scam, and now I'm out that money with nothing to show for it.
