Bought truck parts on TikTok, got scammed out of $800
I contacted my bank and I reported the page to TikTok. TikTok's response was that the page isn't fraudulent or a scam, but it most definitely is. The scammer is even texting me now saying he won't give a refund and that I'll get my tax return soon. I really hope they catch this guy.
Website is a fraud, won't let me move my money back

Got tricked into buying shirts from someone on TikTok
After I paid, I tried to follow up using the contact info they gave. I called the number (938) 888-8145 and emailed [email protected]. It's a dead end. No one answers the phone, and the emails just bounce back. The address they listed was just "AL, USA," which is useless.
I never got any shirts. Nothing ever showed up. The whole thing was a scam, and now I'm out that money with nothing to show for it.
Ordered boots from a TikTok ad and they never came
I tried emailing the company from the ad to ask where my order was. I sent more than one email. Nobody ever wrote back to me. It’s just my money gone and no boots and no way to get an answer. The tracking says delivered but I never got anything.
Ordered merchandise in December, tracking says delivered but I never got it.
I emailed them in January of 2026. They told me they would resend my order at no extra cost. So I checked the new tracking number. It showed nothing more than “pending” or “arrived to destination facility.” I checked again in middle February and magically it showed “delivered” on the very same day it arrived at a separate sorting center. That doesn’t make any sense.
I reached out to customer service again with screenshots. I’m still waiting for a reply.
Kept getting charged for a cologne I bought on TikTok
I looked into it and found out there's a bunch of other people saying TikTok has scams like this. The charges just keep coming out. I paid $360 already from all these charges since June. It doesn't make any sense.
Saw a fake ad on TikTok and lost almost $80
After that, nothing. No order confirmation, no tracking, nothing. The whole thing just disappeared. I looked up the address they had, which was 2010 14th St in Boulder, CO. It didn't make sense and felt off.
I'm out the money and I never got what I paid for. It was a scam ad right on TikTok.
Ordered jogger suits, never got a confirmation or the items
Now it's February 3rd, 2026, and I tried to check the website today. The browser wouldn't even let me search the site. My card was charged $34.99. I tried the phone number listed, (314) 391-1895, and the email, [email protected], but there's just no way to get through. It feels like the whole thing just vanished after they took the money.
Ordered pants from a site on TikTok, never got them
I sent an email about it. They said they would resend a new package. Same exact thing happened again. The tracking said delivered. Nothing ever arrived.

I tracked the package the whole way from China to California. Then the tracking said it was delivered. I went to check and nothing was there. Nothing showed up.
I contacted the company again and told them what happened. I proved that I paid for the item. After that, I never heard back from them. I’ve tried contacting them several more times since then, and they just will not answer.
